How the list was rebuilt

The PDF was made from Excel with the Nikosh font, and its text layer gives 17 glyphs the wrong letters (the i-kar comes out as ল, the e-kar as দ, and গ, জ, দ and শ as ে). The embedded font's own character map gives the right letter for each, and 16 more joined letters were identified from their words and checked against the printed page. We then put the vowel signs Bangla draws before a consonant back after it, and cut the cells along the table's own lines.

The result was checked three ways: every division is one of the eight, every district is one of the 64 (apart from four spelling variants in the source itself), and 24 rows we had read by eye from the page images match word for word. Two typos are in the original and are kept as printed. Names, districts and lengths are the government's; "open map" is our search, by name and district, in OpenStreetMap, Wikidata and GeoNames.
